"The clients wanted an apartment in a central area, and before purchasing it, they were mainly looking for an old apartment, to which no major changes had been made over time. The rehabilitation of an old apartment is a complex and often confusing process, but old buildings have intrinsic values and are built to different standards than modern buildings. Our office mainly has ongoing projects that involve rehabilitation, so this project came like a glove.
